Step-by-step: Construction & Assembly
1. Cut and assemble the frame
The aluminum square tubes are cut to the clear dimensions of the rear opening. Using the precisely fitting angle connectors, the door frame is stably assembled, and the infill panel is neatly fitted into the profile web.

2. Mount hinge & stop angle
The black piano hinge is screwed continuously to the door and the cabinet wall to prevent warping when loaded. On the opposite side, the perforated angle serves as a precise door stop.

3. Fit flush pull latch & spacers
A 38 mm bore is made in the door, and the flush pull latch is inserted. The 3D-printed spacers on the back ensure that the locking bolt engages precisely behind the stop angle – without wobbling or rattling during travel.
