We spent five days at the campsite and would like to share our impressions:

The site itself, its location, and the leisure activities for children and adults were excellent. The diverse offerings for the whole family are a clear plus, and for that alone, we would come back. Unfortunately, we did not have positive experiences with some other points.

The staff left a bad impression: they seemed clueless and unhelpful. Questions were met with "I don't know" or the suggestion to "ask somewhere else." There were also deficiencies in animal care. Although dogs are allowed and charged extra, there are no dog showers or waste bags – not even in the store. While there is a small dog beach, it was unfortunately full of dog feces. A waste bin with dog bags would be very helpful here.

The shopping options also left much to be desired. The website promises shopping facilities, but the selection is not only overpriced but also barely offers the bare necessities. Vegetables and fruits were not available, and inquiries only received vague answers.

The restaurant was closed due to a fire, which meant long queues at the bar during meal times. The prices were excessive given the offerings, and the service seemed overwhelmed.

Cleanliness, especially in the sanitary facilities, was problematic. Near us, there were only three showers for many guests, leading to long waiting times and insufficient cleanliness. The neighboring youth camp seemed to pay no attention to the environment or cleanliness. The chemical waste disposal stations were also unkempt and unhygienic, an imposition for any guest.

Overall, the campsite offers a lot in terms of location and leisure activities, but fundamental shortcomings in service and cleanliness significantly mar the experience.
